Friday Farm Day Postponed Due to Rain

 Well, folks, it's raining here, and according to the forecast, it will be all day. So, Friday Farm Day will have to wait. 


There's a sixty percent chance of rain tomorrow, so it's possible it will be have to be pushed until Sunday.

    I wish I could just give Mother Nature a kick in the ass, as she is kicking my ass here in Canada at the moment with bitterly cold weather and 5-10 cms. of snow..

      It did last week and the week prior with temps. in the plus high teens.This week a different story. I just came in from shoveling the snow...lol.

      We got snowed the day before yesterday but it is sunny and 37 degrees today and it is almost all melted. It still has been a very good winter with hardly any snow this pass Winter. Not complaining here.

      I took a photo of the snow I had Friday, but like CallMe, there Saturday warmed up and melted quite a bit of it away in the afternoon..

      Oh man, fingers crossed that doesn't happen for you...especially with your back feeling poorly. I can't imagine shoveling snow would help it feel better.

      Exactly so. Thankfully the forecast has now been downgraded to 3-6" of snow. I'd be totally OK with the rain equivalent of a foot of snow - it's super dry here RN.

Notes from Motion to Dismiss Hearing

 I attended the Motion to Dismiss hearing through Zoom.  These are my notes, as recording the hearing in any other manner is against the law.  They’re not perfect, I was writing on my phone.  Started by watching a case with Google.  I like the judge. She seems personable and fair from what I’m hearing.  All lawyers from Google and the other party are nodding along as she rules and asks for argument.  The case is boring and I’m not paying close attention. However, I did hear this:  Judge Freeman: “You’ve hit a brick wall in every other court you’ve been in. Why do you think it will be different with me?” 😂😂😜 She’s funny.  It’s time for what I’m here for Buckheit’s lawyer struggled with Zoom. 😂 He has a backdrop of a bridge.  Conru’s lawyer is appearing with his office as his background.  Buckheit’s lawyer called it a High-Risk company.  “Tardy tender of $1000”    Judge Freeman 😂 She is literally saying she doesn’t read the case the same as Russo, who is Buckheit's lawyer. “You
